Sunday's and Public Holiday's we are closed
We do not process any refunds for cancelled or re-scheduled events after 16:00 on a Friday evening. All refunds will be processed after 1000 on a Monday. Please note refunds can take up to 7 working days to process / clear. Therefore keep checking back on bank statement in case this doesn't process. Please be aware it can take up to 10 working days for us to start a refund process due to the volumes we may incur. Please check on the booking page to see if a ticket can be refunded or not. Generally tickets are non-refundable.
